Wear resistant and durable, imported wear-resistant parts, long service life. The quality control of finished products is stable, and the mixing efficiency is improved by 10%.

Drying system:

Innovative technology, optimized residence time, high thermal efficiency and more energy saving. The thermal efficiency is up to 90% and the energy consumption is reduced by 15%. 

Dust removal system:

The effective working area of Nomex filter bag can reach 98%, meeting the European standard emission (< 20mg / nm) ³.

 Parts configuration: All pneumatic parts, reducers and electrical components adopt international first-line brands with high specifications and good quality.
Batching system  The arch is broken by vibration, and the arch breaking effect is good without manual tamping.
Burner  Under standard conditions, the fuel consumption is 5.8kg/t, and the gas consumption is 7m ³, Energy conservation and emission reduction promote production.
 Mixer  There are recycled materials, SMA manual feeding port and modified asphalt plus fiber interface on the machine to meet the later upgrading.
Electric control system Dual industrial mainframe and dual system control ensure the continuous progress of the production process and reduce the shutdown, waste products and possible accidents caused by computer failure.
